Your income and how quickly your arrive there all depends on you and your daily mode of operation. Because so many individuals come to network marketing from a world where they have only known how to work for someone else not for themselves. Thus not having someone to tell them what to do each day or moment of the day is a foreign concept to many.

		<description><![CDATA[I seem to have burned through my “Warm market” and am not good at just walking up to random strangers, I don’t have the money to buy leads, how can I add affiliates to my organization?
This is an excellent question because it’s common. I won’t answer it the way many people would expect me to answer it – or would want me to answer it. But I will answer it truthfully.
The short answer is: If a person is not confident in their ability to prospect, they will find ways to stop themselves from prospecting.
I will not win a popularity contest for my answer – but if you look this over thoroughly you’ll see that it’s the truth.
So let’s go back through the question and let me point out something.
“I seemed to have burned through my warm market.” This is perhaps where the LACK of confidence in ability exposed itself. If a person sees that what they did didn’t yield any result or, even worse, might have caused some damage or strain on those warm market relationships, then the person might decide they’re not good at walking up and talking to strangers.
They might also conclude that selling their TV and cancelling their subscription to cable so they have the money to buy leads would probably be a waste of a good TV.
A person very confident in their ability to prospect wouldn’t think twice about CREATING the money to buy leads, buy newspaper advertisements, send out post cards to their local zip code, etc. So where the person who asked this question said, “I don’t have the money,” they were really saying, “I don’t have confidence to create the money.”]]></description>

<h2>Ahead of Time Get the Bio of the 3rd Party Person Your Are Introducing to Your Contact for Your 3-way calls </h2>

First you will want to get the bio of your third party person/sponsor. In other words get a written statement of their background and accomplishments from your sponsor or whoever you are using to do the 3-way call. This allows you to properly introduce your sponsor/3rd party individual to your contact/prospect. By the way for review when I say 3rd party person, I am referring to the individual you are introducing to your contact. They become the outside expert in the eyes of your prospect. 

I get a file folder in my email program of introductions of different 3rd party individuals that I will be using for 3-way calls in my business. This keeps you organized and in case you need to brush up on their background for your introductions you'll have it within reach. You can also print out the introduction and their background so you can refer to it when you do your introductions.

Let's talk first about what doesn't work. Setting up a 3-way call with your sponsor or whoever your using for third party in the call and interrupting them through the duration of the call. You get your sponsor on a call with your contact and you barely introduce them. When you interrupt your third party person you undermine their credibility in the eyes of your prospect. They will figure if they were so great and knew what they were talking about why would you interrupt them. 

Also, not properly introducing your prospect to your third party person, totally negates the power of creating authority with proper introductions. ]]></description>

Life changing actually on many levels. I couldn't help but think of it as running a race where the crowds are cheering us on. I can actually see and here the crowds now.

Blogging everyday 5 days a week has been a push for me. I'd find myself writing my posts early in the morning to leave the majority of my day for the other tasks that need to be done in my business. There were times that I was bone tired having suffered both adrenal and thyroid exhaustion so finding the right balance can be tricky.

I Created the 30 Day Blogging Challenge for Encouragement<h3>

I created the 30 Day Blogging challenge as a way to encourage myself and others to stay the course. Maybe for some blogging everyday comes naturally however I found for me, I felt just a bit out of balance with the continued push to create great content without overwhelming myself. I am so glad I did the challenge because it did get easier to write and come up with good content and stay consistent. Sometimes pushing can be a good thing. I almost saw this as sprint for the month of August. ]]></description>

It can often seem elusive on how to up your business building game to join those who excel at sponsoring and training however the key tenants are actually easy to apply to your business. 

I landed on a great resource this morning, a blog called The Best MLM Resources. It is actually a great place to stop by from time to time to access those resources that will propel and move your MLM business forward and creating MLM success. 

Being a MLM sponsoring machine not about being the best closer, using manipulative marketing techniques or working 20 hours a day. What a relief to know you can turn on your sponsoring prowess  simply by applying some powerful tenants to your business building practices.

Get Your Video Seen By Your Target Audience

Make Your Title Count

Just as in blog posts title's carry a tremendous amount of weight. Create a great video Title and it can pull in a huge amount of traffic. You want your Titles to be optimized for both human interest and search engine optimization. Use your key words in the title of your video and create Titles that are catchy and interesting.

Remember Google owns Youtube so you can see there is a definite connection between video and searched content. When posting your videos,I recommend that you post them to youtube. Use a Key word rich title that is catchy, use key words in the description of the video and use the proper key words and tags when posting your videos.

Be Interesting, Informative, Funny and Provide How To Content

Two of the most sought after areas content on the internet is content that is funny and content that provides how to information. Position yourself as a thought leader and trusted advisor in your area of expertise. All of this continues to grow your brand.

Keep Your Videos Short

Because our time is valuable and attention spans are shortening keep your videos targeted focused and no more than 3- 4 minutes. In late, 2009 ComScore found that the average video online is 3.8 minutes in length.

Borrow From Hollywood

In the beginning keep your videos simple. Simply talk to the camera and have a background that does not distract from you. Keep it simple until you are super comfortable.

Heard of Gary Vaynerchuk? If you don't recognize his name you'll probably recognize his best selling book, "Why Now is the Time to Crush It! Cash in on Your Passion. Gary was doing reasonably well with his dad's liquor store and wine shop offline but when he took to using social media and taking his marketing online he chose video.

Gary started a Vlog which is a Blog with Video. He's no dummy. He knew it was all about personal branding. He is earthy, uses a few four letter words and best of all he doesn't fall into the category of the typical wine expert. Gary knows his wine but presents wine totally differently and he was able to quickly capitalize on what makes him different by using video as his main medium online.

If I am self absorbed I will not be a good connector with others.  I will not put myself in their shoes. So truly connecting has to do with caring, empathy with another person.
