Your Daily Mode of Operation Will Determine Your MLM Success

I am often asked how big of team do I need to be making such and such. How many people do I need to sponsor to get into the big bucks and it all comes down to your daily mode of operation. Way too often I see people come in with a huge wave of activity only to fade off into the sunset never to be seen again.

Consistent Action Over Time Determines MLM Success

Network Marketing like any great business model requires consistent action over time. It is a process not a flash in the pan approach. Your income and how quickly your arrive there all depends on you and your daily mode of operation. Because so many individuals come to network marketing from a world where they have only known how to work for someone else not for themselves. Thus not having someone to tell them what to do each day or moment of the day is a foreign concept to many.

You Are Only Doing Income Producing Activities When You Are in Front of Decision Making People

Also, knowing what activities are income producing activities and what activities are busy work or non-income producing activities is essential to your success. It is very simple. You are not doing the business if you are not in front of or over the phone with a decision making individual, either your own contact, a referral or in front of one of your associates decision making people.

What is a Decision Making Person?

What do I mean by being in front of decision making people. Any person that could when exposed to what you have to offer could make a decision in regards to your products and/or your products and your business opportunity.

It is All About the Relationships

Though network marketing is very different than a traditional sales business and our focus is on building relationships, however through this process the information on your products and opportunity need to fall on fertile ground, meaning individuals that if they like you, your company and what you have to offer could make the decision to join you.

Your Point of Power for Creating MLM Success is Your Daily Mode of Operation

Your point of power is your daily mode of operation. You determine the level of your well place actions, being in front of decision making people either over the phone or in person. One caveat, it is always easier to build fast than slow. When you build quickly you put momentum on your side. Once you impart momentum to your business, you will find it will become easier and easier to grow a dynamic and prosperous business.

Your Team Members Will Emulate What You Do Not What You Say

People on your team will follow what you do not just what you say. Your team members will feel your energy and will be energized and lifted by your example. The universe will know your commitment and feel your energy and will return onto you in kind.

So how fast do you want to build?

Fast, medium or slow? It is all up to you. Here’s my recommendation for your daily mode of operation for your business.

Fast
Be in in front of 5 decision making people per day and follow up. Either your own contacts or the contacts of those on your team through 3rd party validation on 3-way calls, video conference meeting or in person.

Medium
Be in front of 2 decision making people per day and follow up. Either your own or the contacts of those on your team through 3rd party validation on 3-way calls, video conference or in person.

Slow
Just get in front of decision making people as it comes up. No plan just when it comes up.

We are sorting for leaders. People who have vision, take action and love helping others. Your sorting through the numbers simply to identify the leaders. Those who are ready, willing and able now.

Leadership Drives Your Business and Leaders Create MLM Success

We are paid on sale volume but it is your Leaders that will drive your business. Recruit up, and identify those with passion to join your team. Some of your best people will come from the depth of your team. So dig down and look for the bright lights in your growing organization. Call down into your team and introduce yourself.

Remember our business is all about the relationships. So build lots of amazing relationships. Make new friends and be the servant leader. Leaders have heart and they continually stretch themselves to higher levels.

Your daily mode of operation will hone you and have you become the Leader that others want to join. You will naturally attract leaders like yourself. Success leaves clues and a consistent daily mode of operation is one of them. Your consistency and persistence is the compounding effect that pays huge dividends.
