Becoming a Sponsoring Machine is Easier than You Think
It is funny when we think of leaders and that massively sponsor into their businesses and help others do the same what is their secret formula? It can often seem elusive on how to up your business building game to join those who excel at sponsoring and training however the key tenants are actually easy to apply to your business.
I landed on a great resource this morning, a blog called The Best MLM Resources. It is actually a great place to stop by from time to time to access those resources that will propel and move your MLM business forward and creating MLM success.
Being a MLM sponsoring machine is not about being the best closer, using manipulative marketing techniques or working 20 hours a day. What a relief to know you can turn on your sponsoring prowess simply by applying some powerful tenants to your business building practices.
Be a Problem Solver
All of us who are in business and market any product or service are problem solvers. We simply need to craft our marketing messages to speak to the problems that our target audience is experiencing and provide solutions.
Use Multiple Channels to Get Your Message Out There
Don’t limit yourself to only marketing online, include offline marketing as well. There will be people in your target audience who are not comfortable doing all their business online. Some individuals are just not comfortable making purchases online, meet them where they are.
By using multiple channels in your marketing you are going to be able to connect with a greater portion of the market that needs what you have to offer.
Attract People Who Need What You Have to Offer
Why waste your time doing random marketing and spending time with individuals who don’t need or want what you have to offer? If you target both offline and online those who are looking for what you have to offer guess what, you will sponsor more people.

Send Your marketing message out through as many marketing channels as possible, send your message to your target audience and you will sponsor more people period. Show them how to do the same and now you have created a sponsoring phenomenon in your organization.

Hey Faith, I really enjoyed reading your post. Becoming “magnetic” is by far the best and easiest way to becomming successful. I have known people that have recruited a good number of people to their team, only to lose them a few months later. You’ll never build a big downline that way. You need to keep them focused and get them to duplicate what you are doing.

I think there is a phrase in our profession called duplicate or die! Until we are helping others to have success and teach them to teach others to do the same, we are building our businesses on sand. We need a solid foundation that will last a lifetime.

Thanks for sharing this awesome post. Yeah you are right that its not all about being the best closer. We are here as solutions provider. We are not in the health and wellness industry nor in the travel industry but we are in the information industry. We are here to market informations to solve other people’s problem. And doing it both online and offline is a great strategy as long as it is targeted. And it doesn’t have to be a perfect sales message. Because a mediocre sales message given to a red hot prospect will always give you better results than a whole bunch of red-hot sales messages given to an indifferent prospect.
