Boosting Your Personal Branding in Social Media Makes You Stand Out

Boosting Your Personal Branding in Social Media in 3 Simple Steps

Stand Out in the Crowd

Boosting Your Brand in social media and the online world is a process of consistency and creativity. You need to think outside the box and most important both collaborate with others within your niche and involve your readers. Lastly using mediums  like streaming video, podcasting will add more pizazz to your content.

I have been so blessed to connect with other fabulous bloggers within my niche and one of those extraordinary individuals is Danielle Zack. We are involved in a Blogging Mastermind together and her wisdom and ability to draw the best from those around her has truly blessed my life.

Danielle’s blog is always relevant, beautifully laid out and her content is stellar.

Boosting Your Brand Through Social Media

I was drawn to Danielle’s post on Boosting your brand through social media. This is so crucial to your success online and she presents 3 simple strategies that will turbo charge your branding.

Involving Your Audience

She has a great plan of action that is fun and will get your readers jumping up and down for joy. People love contests and using the idea of Follower Generated Content Contests is easy to implement. It gets your audience involved.

Reading Danielle’s post has already stimulated a fabulous idea I want to do for a readers content contest and it will be a ton of fun and give my audience a fabulous opportunity for exposure. Stay tuned for more on this.

The idea is to get your readers to submit their own content, giving your readers exposure while giving more fabulous content for all your readers. You can do prizes or recognition for their entries. Contests create buzz and excitement around your blog. It is a win win for everyone.

Collaborate

Partner with other high profile and authority bloggers. The possibilities are endless. Guest posting and contests are again be a big win for those whom you partner with.

Using Varied Mediums of Communication

Video, podcasting and webnars give you the opportunity to share valuable content in a dynamic format, join with other experts in your niche and will go a long way to building your brand. I find using more dynamic means of presenting your content can go a long way to involving your readers at a whole new level.

For the Full Story

You will want to get Danielle’s full post on this very valuable topic of boosting your brand. No doubt as you implement these simple strategies/steps you will dynamically grow your brand and of course this translates to a hugely successful business.

Hi there. Thank you for this informational post. I’m just starting though and I already did some of the point that you pointed out except including the readers. I actually didn’t give much value to this method though I’ve been doing well with using social media and partnership to other bloggers. I can never be too creative in having putting interest to them to submit their content but let me give it a shot. This is interesting :)

Thank you for these steps. There are things written here that says i need to collaborate with my partners. By any chance, will it be possible to have a network I can develop on my own? Or Basically I need partners? Thanks.

“The idea is to get your readers to submit their own content…”
This sounds like a very interesting idea. Giving readers exposure on an already established and known platform, should certainly be interesting for them :-)

Hey Faith, thanks for stopping by my blog. Sorry it took me so long to get over here but glad I did!

Social Media is so incredibly powerful. Its easy to take its ease of use for granted and mistake the very powerful inner workings of viral media! Social media branding is one of those lifetime investments that done right will pay off hundredfold over time, even though it takes time to build.

PS: You need to go into your tweetmeme settings and find the “source” field and put your twitter ID in there. Currently your tweets do not show your ID which means you cant see them get tweeted on twitter and cant thank your tweeters! Let me know on FB if you get stuck with this!
